Yesterday I popped into Bergs for snowboard gear with my fiancé, and we had an outstanding experience! Owen provided exceptional customer service, ensuring our boots fit perfectly after heat molding and fine-tuning me with insoles. He took his time and listened to our needs and provided knowledgeable feedback. He even found me a discount on Union bindings I’ve been wanting (the store has various items on sale, so it's worth checking out). Beyond snowboard expertise, Owen guided us to the best gloves, convincing me on the mitten design. He exceeded our expectations, making it a shop we'll continue to return to time and time again. Living in California, I had never heard of Berg's Ski and Snowboard Shop before. But I placed an online order for a hard-to-find Volkl ski boot bag with them after I did an internet search. I received an email order confirmation right away, and then received several updates until the boot bag was delivered to my door just a couple of days after I ordered it. Shipping was free and fast, much faster than my Amazon orders. I would order again from Berg's in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
This shop is awesome! Not only are they about the only place in the world that carries replacement soles for OLD ski boots, they are super helpful. I sent them photos by email on a Saturday morning and in a few minutes they had replied with a link to exactly what I needed. Then when I screwed up and accidentally ordered the wrong set, the caught my mistake and checked with me before sending out the order. Five star service!
I made a purchase online, and I followed up with an email. Got my purchase in a timely manner with zero issues. Customer service was great, and I look forward to popping into their shop the next time I'm in Eugene.
Haven’t been there, ordered online but they carried some replacement soles I needed. Shipped on time, prices were better than elsewhere. If I lived in Eugene I bet they would be my go to shop.
